First off, there are few things that I dislike more than people/men who are dishonest or unfaithful. If you are either, please keep looking and I wish you luck! A little about me. I have two kids but they are grown and no longer live at home. Since my kids are gone, I have a dog and two cats that are important to me. I am definitely an animal lover so if you don't like animals we probably wouldn't work out. I have a career, I own my home and my car. I enjoy road trips, hiking, bowling, going to the movies, dining out, cuddling, spending time with family and friends. I'm not really into the bar scene. Haven't found that as being the best place to meet people. I also enjoy most sports but my favorite is hockey .. Go Red Wings!! I have recently started playing golf which I'm not great at but I enjoy it and I'm getting better. I love amusement parks and can't get enough of the roller coasters. I like almost any kind of music but I seem to be leaning towards country lately. What I'm looking for: Someone who is honest, faithful, motivated, compassionate, attentive, kind, loyal, and giving. Someone who will treat me with respect. Unfortunately, I haven't always gotten that out of my past relationships.Now that I've had this up for a few days I feel it necessary to let you know what I'm no looking for. I like to stay active and work out on a weekly basis. Finding a man that likes to stay fit and may want want to work out with me would be a plus. We can motivate each other to get healthier together. I can go from workout clothes to heals and a dress and be comfortable in both. I like to think I have a nice sense of style ..but don't we all :) I enjoy a night out as much as I do a relaxing evening in snuggled up on the couch with a good movie. We will probably not agree on everything in life and that is where comprimise comes in. Compromise is a good thing! Life isn't always easy but it is easier when you have someone in your corner. I have a child, who means the world to me but it doesn't mean that I don't have room for you and children of your own. I love to spend time with my man but it's okay if he has interests of his own and wants a moment to himself. It gives me some playtime of my own (get your mind out of the gutter). I'm talking about a good book, a bubble bath , or even a shopping trip with the girls.I try to respond to most messages, but if I do not respond in a day or two its just that I am not interested. It has no reflection on you its just that I know we would not be a good match. After all, we are all attracted to different types...so with that said, good luck to everyone on finding your match. No expectations. A quick lunch or coffee ( I like the fully loaded and packed with sugar ones) and good conversation. If the weather ever warms up we could do a picnic or a walk in the park. If we click we can always continue the date and start planning the next one. :)

YOU ARE WASTING YOUR TIME IF......If you smoke even just once in a while please pass me up. If you can't find the best in people, complain about people, your job, your ex, see children as a burden not a blessing, you are wasting your time. If you'd rather watch a Packer game at a bar than in a home, have more than 2 drinks when going out for dinner or think its ok for teens to drink, you are wasting your time. If you'd rather work on holidays than spend them with your family you are wasting your time. If you can't admit YOUR fault for your marriage falling apart you are wasting your time. I'm in sales and just graduated as a nurse. I'm not shy, I'm bold. Sometimes I come on a little strong. I expect to be treated like you treat your mother with respect!!! I believe in traditional values and morals. I have 3 wonderful, beautiful children with good morals and values, that have NEVER been in trouble. My daughter is 3rd year in college Pre-Med. My son is a senior in high school. And my youngest is a 6 year old daughter whom I adopted as a single parent from Ethiopia. Yes. I WANTED to start all over again and enjoy being a Mommy now more than ever!!!I treat men the way they want to be treated, not the way they are used to being treated. Men want to be respected. And men like their egos stroked. Men don't like having to guess what a woman means when she says, "I'm fine, Sure, what ever you want," or how about the, "you know!" What a waste of time!!! I say what I mean and I mean what I say. But I'm also a tough cookie!! I'll ask you the questions no one else has asked. I'm a girlie girl. I wear dresses and heals the taller the better. But you dress the way you want and I'll dress the way I want. But I also love coming home, throwing on some comfortable clothes, start a fire,(real wood) and just do nothing at all. I love having fun and enjoying life!! Traveling out of the country is a must! Vacations are needed even long weekends. I'm looking for someone to cuddle up on the couch and watch movies with, go camping with and rock at Lifest!!! I'm looking for my ROCK, my best friend, my teammate, the one who will always have my back, someone my little one can call Daddy. I own and maintain my home myself. I have a credit score of ***so I don't need anyone to get me out of debt!!. I can pretty much do it all on my own. But I'm finally at the point that I DON'T WANT TO. I think going for a walk is a great way to get to know someone without putting a lot of pressure on them.
