Like many whose profiles I have read, this is not my first time here, but it is my first time actively looking for a friend of the opposite sex. I will be upfront about my thoughts on dating; if I ran the world there would be no need to date, we would automatically paired up with our life partner and live happily ever after. I do not run the world so...I am a country girl stuck in the city, I drive a truck and love my tools:) I am shy even though I don't come across that way. I am not in a hurry to find Mr. Right, but I am actively looking for my soulmate. I believe that the best things are forged through patience, never rush into anything losing sight of what really matters. I am into physical activity; you may find that I have played or taught an assortment of activities. I love golf, but I am not very good. I love swimming, but I don't like getting my tummy cold. I love to run, but at the moment I am just getting back into running after an injury and it is the treadmill all the way! I love the outdoors and spending time there with my children. My top priority are my children and teaching them my passions for canoeing, camping and of course fishing. This year we took up fly fishing and I am loving it!Ultimately my long-term goal is to find that someone special to grow old with, and hold hands with as we walk that path into our golden years. This someone special needs to have the strength to hold my world up now and again so to give my shoulders a short rest.     Time for another update :) How does one explain what they're looking for with dropdown boxes and radio buttons? Nothing really matches what's in my head...lol. My ideal results from this site is someone who wants to do things, simple things like sitting around a fire at a friends, camping for a weekend, floating down the Snye or just a night at home watching a movie. Someone looking for a relationship but not a serious/have to see each other everyday/must spend every waking moment together/lets get married relationship. I like my life right now but spending time with someone special is always a welcome improvement. I'd much rather meet a real person, not just their profile. If you have no intentions of meeting people face to face, this is probably the wrong profile for you. By the way...I'll never be mistaken for tall but BBW I am. Class Clown isn't exactly accurate either but nothing else seemed to fit. I do have a great sense of humor, though, and love comedy clubs/movies. I have a great job that I enjoy and I've finally finished studying! Looking forward to finding something new to fill my free time. Hobbies are definitely lacking after 5 years of the work, study, work, study routine. Maybe I'll finally make that trip to Vegas..lol.Ask me anything and I'll usually give you a very direct answer.
