*****IF YOU ARE LOOKING FOR A BOOTY CALL OR A ONE-NIGHT STAND, YOU'VE GOT THE WRONG GIRL. IF YOU "PROPOSITION" ME FOR ANYTHING SEX-RELATED, I WILL BLOCK YOU, DELETE YOU AND REPORT YOU.*****One might assume that a girl over 40 would not be very selective...that she may even be desperate. But in my case, one would be seriously mistaken. My virtues are many...and so are my faults. But I'm happy enough with myself and my life that I don't "need" a man to complete me. Sure would be nice to find the right guy, though. Assuming there is one. :-)Anyway...a lil randomness about me: I like Bob Seger. And Sound Garden. And Stevie Wonder. I like Pizza. And Lobster. And Biscuits and gravy.I like the beach. And the country. And Ron White.I love my country. And my freedom. And our troops. I love my family. I love my friends. I love my dogs.I want a smart man. A family man. A good man.I WANT: To MEET someone cool. Who also wants to MEET someone cool.I DO NOT WANT: Endless text messages, "virtual" relationships, or waiting for you to figure it out. Don't contact me if you're not interested in actually "MEETING". In person.I'm just a "regular" girl looking for a "regular" guy. And if that's too much to ask, I'm totally fine with just being a single girl. I'm pretty happy spending time with "me". I have a lot to offer. ;-)P.S. I'm truly sorry for what that other girl did to you, but I am not her. I'll be nice if you let me, but don't take it out on me. That's just not cool. If you're not over it yet, you shouldn't be here. *********IF YOU READ NOTHING ELSE, PLEASE READ THIS:*********Please do not take any lack of response as my being rude, playing “hard to get”, or that I ‘must be wrong about‘ you, but as an actual lack of interest. Sometimes, there's just no "spark". And sometimes, there's just no reason at all. It is what it is. I’m tired of trying to be polite only to receive responses of “you’re wrong, we’re perfect for each other”, or similar. I’m here to find a guy with whom I am compatible and might possibly have a future, not to argue with the wrong guys that I am ‘exactly their type’ and I should ‘give you a chance’. I apologize in advance, but I will no longer try to respond to everyone. Too many pushy and overly persistent guys have driven me to this rudeness. I apologize on behalf of the rude, ****y girls who don't respond because they think that they're too good for you. That's not my deal. But seriously...don't take it out on me. I wish you the best of luck in your respective searches. If I do not respond to you, I would appreciate it if you would please just leave it at that. Let's just meet for a drink and see where it goes. If there's some chemistry and a mutual attraction, we can plan something fun from there. Deal?P.S. Please, oh PLEASE be near my age! I realize that I AM 43, but I feel very young, so too much older feels old to me. And I AM over 40...so too much younger is too young for me. With very few exceptions, I'm really looking for someone within maybe ***years of my age. Please remember I'd really rather be single than settle. So...thanks in advance for understanding.

I've learned that life can be short and full of surprises. You should try things you've always put off till tomorrow and go places you're afraid to go to. I have barely started but I hope to explore all this great world has to offer.I am well educated, well traveled, intelligent and know my worth. I'd like to find someone who not only makes promises but keeps them. I enjoy traveling, reading, cooking, dancing and anything artsy. But I am adaptable and like being exposed to new things. So if you like camping, flying, surfing, dirtbiking, hiking and everything else all you guys claim you do on your free time then I'm game to support you, watch you and participate depending on what you do. But it would be nice if you also like good wine, nice meals and dressing up once in a while. Of course there's more to me so if you want to know more you know what to do.I've learned that describing myself in detail means very little...only the banter reveals some of whom I am. That's up to you.
