I am a single mother with twin daughters who are my world. I have recently lost my job of almost 11 years and unfortunately have been unable to find any substantial work so far, but I am trying to keep my head up and my faith strong that something will come along real soon. I have a very close-knit family. I enjoy spending time with family, cookouts, going to hear live music, either concerts or at a local nightclub/bar; however, I am not a big drinker, maybe socially ever now and then. I have always been a little self-conscious about my weight and looks, but I try to live by "it's what inside a person that really matters".....the skin is just an outer layer of a person's true heart....I have found in the past that I do not have a lot of time for a relationship due to being a single mother with twins, but my mom helps me whenever she can and I do get out with friends occasionally. I am not holding my breathe to find someone on here, but thought I would give it a try and see what happens....as someday I hope to find someone who will accept me for who I am and my girls, as I think that a relationship has to be a team effort and both parties have to work to maintain open communication and honesty to make it work. I am laid-back, easy-going, patient (have learned to be more patient with twins!!), honest and open to make friends first and then see where things go from there.
