"Duckface" & non-smiling pictures are not wonderful and makes one look arrogant or crabby - not a great first impression. Something simple cause let's be honest first dates can be a little stressful. Let's meet for coffee or drinks and if there is a connection (able to have a comfortable conversation) then go from there to chat to get to know each other better.
