To even begin to break it down...I'd say most important is that my 16 year old is my world; we have a great relationship and she always comes first. If there's an issue with that, you've already lost :-)I can be shy. I'm old school about dating and relationships. I believe kissing is the sexiest art form. I think all relationships are basically crap shoots. You can meet and marry right away and be just as happy as a couple who dates for a decade. People really just need to smile. Happiness is so sexy. I am not perfect, nor am I looking for perfection. Not fond of high maintenance men, sorry all you 'pretty boys,' (I just have the urge to mess up their hair and force em to play with power tools!) I love to cook and definitely enjoy eating healthy as both a lifestyle and a hobby. Would love to grow my own food. (Even more than I want to own a house, I want a yard to put a garden in.) I appreciate "real" I do honestly feel that people are or at least "should" want to be constantly changing and growing throughout their lives. If you feel you've already grown to your life's fullest potential, I'll be open and say that we'll probably have very little in common in the long run. Really not a big partier but I've been leaning towards being a homebody as of late, so anyone who likes to be out and doing things, anything, other than getting drunk, is a plus. I guess I should start by saying that I am not sure how I feel about meeting people on the internet. I come from the time when you met people in person, got to know one another and then it possibly developed into a relationship. However, I am past the stage in my life where I want to "hang out in bars" and I am not sure where someone my age goes to meet people these days.I am not in a hurry to jump into a serious relationship or get married. I am perfectly content with the life I lead with my six year old son. It would be nice to have another adult around to talk to on occasion, though, especially one that can make me laugh as that is probably my favorite thing in life.I am a very open minded person. I have my own opinions about most subjects. I would like to meet someone that is the same, in that, if our opinions differ on something like politics or religion, who cares!Some things I like to do when I have free time are watch movies, I am pretty diverse on the genres, but it would be especially nice to have someone to watch scary movies with on occasion as I do not like to watch them alone. :)Just like everyone else, I like to spend time with family and friends. Cook out, play games, whatever. I like to spend some weekends at home in my pajamas in front of the TV and others out doing something fun. Road trip (depending on the price of gas that day), dinner out, I am pretty open.I like some "outdoorsy" stuff and some "indoorsy" stuff, I am pretty easily entertained most of the time.I enjoy shopping when I need or want something, but that's it. I do not enjoy shopping just for the "fun of it", it's just not my thing.I don't mind watching sports for the most part with the exception of NASCAR and actually enjoy watching college football in the fall, especially the HOGS, as well as baseball in the spring but only if the Braves are playing and I can get it on TV. Some things I don't like to do...well...heights, I don't like 'em. I don't mind an amusement park, but you won't get me on a roller coaster, I will hyperventilate, not joking. Also, I don't like driving too fast. I like taking my time or even going off road occasionally. Ok, real quick rundown:-I have 3 girls (9 and up) I spend a lot of my time at home, as I work from home, but I LOVE taking little trips and getting away when I can. (I need to do more of this!***I am busy but I find time and make the time for what is important in my life-I play a bit of piano, sing (A LITTLE) and have been getting into painting recently- lots of fun, I've even sold a few on kijiji! -I am trying to get more active...my girls and I have always been very into sports/dancing/etc. but these past several years have been work work work...no more excuses, I look forward to getting into better shape again and have already began with some small changes in my life. I am no "10" but being healthy is important to me-I am very close with my family. I have 4 nieces and 3 nephews, ages 9 months***years old. They have lots of sleep overs at Auntie Annie's house and I love them all very much! -In case you haven't guessed, I love kids. I would have no problems dating someone with children, of any age -I lead a pretty simple life...I don't like drama, although I understand that life can dish it out now and then, whether you like it, or not!-I'd like to meet someone who has similar values and life expectations as I do. I really don't want to waste any time with people who are just looking for a bit of fun. I am hoping to eventually find something worthwhile and worth holding onto, for the long run. :)Any questions?? ;)
