Hello! I'm a single mom who has been divorced for 3 years now. I tried dating last year, but found it a bit overwhelming. But I'm ready to try it again!! I love to go out and try new things. Since my kids are pre-teen, I unfortunately listen to the music they are interested in, LOL. I love to get up super early and go on a long walk, and listen to an audiobook. Then coffee on the deck is a must!!And since I'm an animal lover, not being allergic to cats is a plus! I also LOVE Halloween so I love going to haunted houses!!I also haven't been to a "grown-up" movie in forever.....but I don't think movies make good first dates.

Let me start by saying I prefer dark men, I'll I give anyone a chance, but prefer African American men. I love to work out I participate in the sport of crossfit & I love it & want someone open to becoming my 'swolemate' lol. If you don't work out I'm ok with that as long as you do something to stay healthy. 2 of my kids, my sister & niece also crossfit, so its a family thing. I can talk about crossfit all day so you may have to learn to love it too or learn to passively listen :) I am very family oriented, my parents are still a huge part of my life. I tend to be quite sarcastic which I get from my father, you'd have to learn to tell the difference between my sarcasm and me being serious or you may get your feelings hurt.I love all types of music but prefer rap n hip hop overall. I wouldn't mind going to see local bands to expand my horizons.So what I am looking for is an honest, funny, polite, quirky, smart,all around nice MAN. If you still talk to all of your ex's, I'm not interested, if you keep your phone constantly hidden and locked, I'm not interested, if you are not happy with yourself and still let the way others percieve you bother you, I'm not interested.; part of a normal family so they fight sometimes, I do have to repeat myself, but the wonderful fun loving times definitely outweigh the headaches.
