I am a 40 year old professional who loves animals and music. I am a very honest, considerate, genuine, silly woman who loves to laugh. I have been told time and again that I am very easy to talk to and I make people feel very comfortable. I was once described to have a "professional demeanor with an engaging personality". I liked that! :) I am looking for a relaxed, genuine man who can be honest with me and with himself. I have my own interests and like for my guy to have his own also. If you don't care for kids, then we probably won't get along because I am very much a kid at heart. I love to play! I really would like to meet an open minded, optimistic man. we need to lift one another up. :) I am open to trying new things with someone kind who is willing to lead the way. I really pay attention to manners as I feel I am very mannerly and considerate. I like a versatile guy, a man who can adapt in different scenarios. I am a very understanding and realistic person who does not judge and would like a man who is the same.We cannot all be right for each other and we all deserve to have what truly brings us joy. After getting to know each other and one or both of us realize the genuine desire for a romantic relationship is not there then it needs to be said (and yes I know this can happen after the first meeting). I'm still not sure why so many people just "disappear". You can tell someone that they aren't really the right fit for you without being cruel. Heck, we have text messaging. It doesn't get any easier than that! You don't even have to speak the words. Geeeeez, MAN UP already. I am happy with who I am and know I have a lot to offer the right man but am content being alone with my pets, my friends and my family until I find "the one" who excites me. It's hard to describe who we are and what we want with words, ACTIONS tell all (I guess this is where the disappearing guys get off on a technicality, lol). I'm really not that complicated.     Let me start by saying I prefer dark men, I'll I give anyone a chance, but prefer African American men.
