About Me

I love to travel and do active things. I also am always up for trying new things. I love all types of sports.; northwestern wildcats!I also love to read, read, read- this is the only way to have intellectual conversations. Unfortunately I am completing the corny task of conquering Oprah's book club. Joyce Carol Oates also ranks pretty high up there.I have spent most of my life on the ice or in the pool. Yes, I am an ice skater and swimmer. Since that time I became a spin junkie and enjoy time in the pool.I also love to photography, but mainly do nature and city landscape scenes. I have taken painting classes and wish I had more time to do it.I also have taken up learning the guitar. I love music!Currently, I am helping companies reduce their health care costs by running employee health and wellness programs. I love the company I work for although I do feel like something is missing from my job. To compensate for this missing piece I volunteer as a tutor and working on policy issues such as Healthcare reform and helping soliders at the USO. My time maybe limited due to being back in school for my second masters and travelling a lot for work, but I am committed to a good work/life balance and finding a companion to share life's adventures with so if you are a fit I will give 110%.Other than that I am enjoying going to sporting events, chilling at home with some friends over drinks and cards, Cooking for anyone and everyone, going to the theater and ballet, and taking in the museums and movies. I also enjoy salsa dancing. I’m really good at seeing the good and bad in everyone. I like to see potential, but I definitely am not afraid to complain and tell it like it is.I definitely need to meet someone who is not afraid to travel the world. Pick a place on the map and go there- although I am not spontaneous- I like to get good deals so I can travel to more places.

    Hello...Yes, I'm tall and I'm very aware of that. No, I don't play basketball, volleyball, or model. Now that I've gotten that out of the way, I'm often described by others as a very low maintenance, easy going person. I enjoy being creative, and if I can't find what I'm looking for, I will make it.I don't have a long checklist that I am looking to fulfill. What I'm looking for is fairly simple.
