So I just realized that it has been quite a while since I have updated this profile. Let's see.... I'm a 28 year old Ophthalmic Technician who lives for all things girly, if it glitters I want it! That being said, my career is what I am most focused on at this point. I am quickly approaching the 1 year mark at my current office. I feel so blessed to have found this new career and I plan on continuing my education of the human eye with the help of my colleagues, peers, and my own personal research. Some other important details about me- I love music and really appreciate all kinds- country is probably my least favorite though. Makeup was my first love- I went to school to get a license to apply it to the public and have found this to be a very lucrative side job. I have accrued quite a collection of makeup and skin care over the last few years! So a little about my family: I have one brother who lives in Bhutan and is a chef there- he is living his dream and I am incredibly proud of the man he has become. My parents are wonderful, they accept me for exactly what I am and have supported me through all of the decisions I have ever made. I do own a Red Sox hat and I wear it on bad hair days... otherwise I'd be more than happy to watch sports with you, but bear in mind that you may have to explain what is going on at any given point throughout the game. All of this aside I am looking for; as my profile suggests... a sweet man to spend time with, I want to date but nothing too serious at this moment, that's not to say I am not open to that. This ideal man would have a job that he is proud of, come from a good family (whether it's the family he was born into or the one that he created for himself,) he should be confident but not overly so, hopefully know the difference between their, they're, there, your and you're (it's more of a pet peeve than anything) and finally he must not consider chick-fil-a and a subsequent movie where he insults the cashier and that I have to pay for a "date." It's probably a lot to ask for in one guy, but if he's out there I want to find him!

I am a mix of small town ideals, with nerdy tendencies. I love hockey and the UFC, enjoy both video and table top gaming. Can go for a hike or stay at home and read. Up for that random late night drive nowhere. But mainly I enjoy sharing my life with those close to me. My family and close friends are really important to me, and I try make sure that we always have time for at least one cup of coffee. I work as a CNA at a retirement community, but am in school now for my LPN. Eventually I want to get my BSN and work for the V.A. as a rehab nurse. I just moved to where I am living now and still trying to explore and get to know what there is to do.I don't expect ***, hence dating for what I am looking for. But I am looking for someone who will put forth the time and at least a little effort to see what could possibly happen. If in the end it looks like we make better friends, well hey at least we got something for our time right. : )I tend to be a little silly or random at times, but that is because I find that being too serious makes you old and grey. Yes there is a time and place for serious but on the whole I am more easy going (as long as I am not planning something then that is a whole other story) as one can be. So if you don't mind someone who will yell at the tv when her hockey team is playing, someone who will sing loudly along with her music when on a drive, or who has a tendency to do something random and off the wall just to see you shake your head and smile hit me up. ; ) honestly K.I.S.S ( keep it simple stupid) coffee, drinks, something where we can have a conversation. Also if it goes south or just doesn't click at all easy to say fare thee well and escape. Would rather get to know who you are than what you could do for me.
