How would i describe me? I'm the kind of girl that can be professional in a suit for work, dress up in a glittery gown and fancy shoes for a ball yet still feel SO comfortable in a good pair of jeans and a T-shirt (and even better in yoga pants and a hoodie). I have a great career and I love what I do. I'm very independent and work hard to keep that independence. I'm a proud single mother of a GREAT 11 year old son - who, by the way, you might see playing in the NHL one day :) and...i'm shy when you first meet me, but a ball of sillyness and sarcasm when you get to know me!I'm looking to meet that special someone who i can share the good times with - and yes, even the bad times. A stolen kiss as we walk past each other, a hand hold when you least expect it, a hug just because...all things you tend to miss when you don't have a partner. I'm a lover. I love freely, deeply and wholly and tend to wear my heart on my sleeve. At the same time, i really do enjoy my time with me. I very much enjoy the outdoors too - hiking weekdays and weekends (big or small hikes - whetever time permits) and camping whenever I can too. I listen to all kinds of music. I love attending live concerts and have attended many - I tend to have music on as much as I can wherever I can and I love to dance. I would eventually like a life mate, someone to spend my old days with ;) but would like to date for awhile before getting into anything too serious. At this point in my life, I know what i'm looking for in a relationship, what's important to me, what the "deal-breakers" are and i'm not willing to settle for anything less. You?
