Please don't let "hopeless romantic" scare you off, they made me pick something, and I couldn't find one I liked. I hate being labeled :) They didn't have the option of girl next door. Which describes me pretty well, I think. Well, depending on your neighborhood, I suppose. I'm really not home all that much, activities and work keep me busy. However, I have a knack for finding time for other things that are important to me. I spend time with my son and friends, doing the typical things, going out to eat, movies, theme parks. I spend a lot of time with my family, I love my son, and plan on making the most of the time he will still spend with me (he's about to become a teenager, so I'm about to become the most uncool person on the planet). I don't need a partner, but would like one. I would love to find someone to go on adventures with, and most importantly share some laughs. I'm not a fan of drama in real life (tv is a whole other story - I work hard (3 jobs), but also play hard. I'm focused, detail oriented, but likes to see the big picture. I'm aware of politics but not super into them, I'm more focused on the local impact. Christian, kind, good hearted, funny (well I think so),and loves to laugh. Loves being outside, and fresh air. Old fashioned, I don't call guys until I really know them, I'm not sleeping with you until I trust you. I'm not flashy, and am shy. I'm not Barbie, and can't be bought. I see through most BS, and have a very low tolerance level. I'm a grown up with grown up responsibilities, I don't have time to play like that. What I'm looking for: a great guy. Kind, funny, confident (but not a jerk). Nice teeth (shallow yes, sorry). I really want someone that I really look forward to seeing, and talking to, and they feel the same way about me. I don't want to be a chore, nor for me to have another one.What I'm not really looking for: rude, arrogant, "I'm better than everyone else" guys. If you are proud of the fact that your a jerk, please keep moving. I don't need the attitude, and honestly, you are not that great. Any place we can talk and check each other out, but has a quick escape route. Not coffee, I get nervous enough on my own, the extra caffeine throws me over the top ;) I've had good luck at parks, free, nothing lost but time, and always something to look at. But, I'm open to anything.

    Im really outgoing, love anything outdoors, anything involving animals AND of course MY KIDS being involved too! So Please allow me to explain this here since I get a lot of *** to know why lol: 1- is I tend to like men with darker skin, say tan to brown skin, Im fair and the contrast thing I like. Then the darker features hair, eyes (green or brown) is something that I just prefer in someone! 2- there is a difference in foreigners when it comes to family values, such as the family all living together when the parents get older or aunts or uncles! This I feel is just the correct way of thinking when you have family! I didnt grow up with much of a family but when married the first time told my husband at the time to have his mother or aunt to come live with us because they were retiring. So we could take care of them. Its just the right thing to do, not them living alone or being put in hospice/nursing home!!!!!I think with me what you see is what you get! I dont put on for people first of all, not my style. Guess thats why my ex husband is my closest friend and others are also friends still! Im just cool, easy to get along with, down to earth for sure, am always up for almost anything. Always get mistaken as weak because of my kindness, but dont let that fool you, Im far from naive at 38! I may take alot of stuff but not from many people and for very long before I turn around and leave you for not respecting me! Im not perfect never have been and never will be and dont try to be either :)! I really have always been pretty independent, starting my own mortgage company at just 23 till 33. Have been through hell and back since then but am coming back stronger this time! In the process of going back into mortgages, and want to start a couple businesses and 2 non-profits also! I have alot to offer someone if they are willing to stick around for the right reasons! Im not that easy to commit right off the bat even though its what I want! But first I need someone that can keep up with my mind! Someone we can accept the good and bad in one another! Im for sure a giver, very affectionate and romantic, very touchy if I like you, and can be silly at times as well ;).If any of this interest you please shoot me a line and tell me about yourself!
