Hi, I'm Sara, with no h :). Very important... I am energetic and enjoy being on the move and doing something...anything but I have recently gotten better about slowing down and taking some time to relax. I really enjoy being outside but admit this enjoyment is limited during the cold weather as I have difficulty keeping warm as it is (sorry but I come with cold feet and hands ;)...).
