So here we go, I will start with the fact that I am a registered nurse. I grew up always knowing that I eventually wanted a career where I spent my time helping people......well....I have finally accomplished that and I absolutely love what I do! When I'm not at work I spend a lot of my time playing sports such as soccer and volleyball. Any activity that is active, adventurous and/or outdoors I normally enjoy and I absolutely love to bike, run, hike and camp. I don't have one genre of music that I enjoy most, I tend to like a wide variety, depending on the location, activity, and the mood that I am in. I also love to cook, love to eat even more! I really enjoy cooking new recipes and trying types of food or dishes that I have never had before. I love to travel and actually recently just got back from a road trip in Australia. It was incredible and I can't wait to plan my next trip to wherever it may be! My goal in life is to live my life to the fullest. With the job that I have I am reminded everyday that everything can change in a second, and as cliché as It sounds, we only have one life, why not spend it with the people we care about and do the things we love. On a first date I usually prefer something pretty casual. Whether it may be a rollerblade through the park, a casual pint at a pub, etc. Let's face it, first dates are always nerve racking, so why not get to know each other while doing something fun and where you feel a little more at ease.

I have two children who are for the most part great... But they are kids.. So can't pretend they are angels! I worked in dental for a while and decided to continue my schooling in something else in healthcare. I'm currently in respiratory care and I absolutely love it. I don't have a ton of free time, so it really just depends on my mood.. I like to stay home and just relax.. But love to stay busy most of the time. Anything fun! I am definitely a glass half full kind of person, always trying my best to be positive & have a smile on my face! But... I can be quiet & shy when I first meet someone ... don't let that fool you! I have a very laid back, quiet, go with the flow type of personality & usually tend to get along with everyone. Well I absolutely LOVE to cook & bake, tend to get hiccups a lot when I laugh, my iPod goes everywhere with me, friends & family mean the world to me, I have one tattoo (I don't think I could bring myself to get anymore! Ouch!!), am a huge girlie girl (but don't think this means high maintenance), love all kinds of movies, coffee is a must in the morning, always have my head in a book, 100% dog person, love taking walks on the beach (something about the smell of ocean air and the cool breeze).......My work schedule changes just about every week, however I do work 12 hour shifts and only have to work 3 days a week! I absolutely *love* my job, well, most days - but I really can't imagine myself doing anything else! I am currently working on my bachelors in nursing and my ultimate goal is to become a pediatric nurse practitioner, sometime in the near future. Sooooo, if random, silly, real life, have fun, live life to the fullest & never look back means anything to you, then what are you waiting for? :)
