In two years it has been a yo yo affect with my goals but im down almost 55lbs in two years and now consistently keeping it off and dropping weight progressively. If u like to hike, play in water, BBQ ,listen to music, dance ,have a beer , I like to do it all! Kid friendly is a must**** and outdoors activities r a great thing* I'm into astrology and numbers.
