About Me

A little about me... Well I would say I'm a real down to earth Southern Girl. I'm not scared to get a little dirty but on the weekends I love to throw on my high heels and head to town. I love country music and 4 wheel drive trucks!! Lol. I have a professional career and enjoy helping others. I love going to church on Sundays. I'm a huge football fan, love both college and NFL. I watch Duck Dynasty on Wednesday's. I enjoy time with my family and friends. I workout when possible and eat healthy. Well, that's a little about me.. If you want to know more just ask. Something outdoors!

Spending time with family I like football games and love being romantic, I love the beach walking on the beach. I like hanging out at home and watching movies and enjoy cooking, baking.I love all types of music mostly 60, 70's 80's rock and soul and love songs. I love surprises. I love to make people laugh and enjoy being goofy at times. Spontaneous. Like traveling to new places. I'm a little bit materialistic meaning I love perfumes, makeup, jewelry and new clothes and love handbags and shoes!! I love to shop! My goal is to find someone who shares some of these same interests. Someone who enjoy life not just work. I love my work. But I like having fun outside of work. Casual dinner and pickup a Starbucks coffee and get to know each other more by taking a walk at a park or football game.

Update..... as of ***at 3pm that was my last cigarette.... yay for me!! Ok, today is ***; it's been 4 full days of NON-SMOKING for ME!!!! I know that some of you are probably like, oh wow, 4 days big deal... well to me it is a big deal. I am feeling REALLY good about this, I thought it would be horrible and just the hardest thing to do, but I am finding it's not. I don't even have any cravings.... AND I'm watching what I eat..... So I'm putting it up to Chantix and maybe the determination that I can and will do this because its something that I want..... So I changed it on here..... some of you can take it or leave it... but for me, it's a huge step and I'm very proud to be making this step in my life. Well first I hate talking about myself but here it goes. I've been here before and I'm hoping this time around goes better. I'm Not getting any younger and I'm not your young thin 20 yr old anymore! I'm a mature average built grandmother who is divorced and seeking a permanent trustworthy honest man who would like a relationship of the same to build on together. I am particular/ok, maybe a little picky on who I am looking for... there must be some sort of mutual attraction and look good together. Also, I am not looking for someone who isn't employed or who has no sort of income. I am not your sugar momma nor your next living arrangement. At our age, you really need to be able to stand on your own 2 feet.... didn't say you have to have a lot, but at least be able to take pride in yourself and those you meet. Someone with morals and isn't out looking for a conquest for their belt notch, because if you are, you're barking up the wrong tree. We are pretty much past that stage in life and seriously if a mutual attraction exists its almost impossible to deny. But you have to start somewhere and I guess being on here and looking at photos is the first step..... Which brings me to another point..... We ALL change! Please if your photos are more than a year old and you have nothing recent, don't bother contacting to meet, it's false advertising and why get started off on the wrong foot. It's not going to get you (us) anywhere. I am not a snob, I am very respectful, polite, a great listener, kind, helpful, and strong. I like campfires, camping, atvs, fishing, short trips, zoos, beautiful drives and good conversation. I even like to cook..... somewhat. Large holiday dinners are best, since I find it hard to judge for one person... but I am romantic and still love to get butterflies in my stomach and tingles throughout my body, I'm NOT dead! But as I said before, there has to be a mutual attraction and respect first.... Country music is my favorite choice, old rock and roll for the most part. I seriously enjoy my alone time, which I don't get much of but could make and share that time with someone special. I say that because I don't get a lot of it... I work a full time job plus watch my granddaughters when needed, so when I have the peace and quiet I totally enjoy - my time! So, lets get started. I like to read, play with my 2 granddaughters, spend time with my kids and love my job and COFFEE! (which is why my choice for personality referenced above - not that I'm a snob.) My goal is to travel, see places I've never been, find that special man to share those experiences and more. I also enjoy my job very much. I have been at my job for 17yrs and am very dedicated. I've raised 3 great kids and now am blessed with beautiful grandchildren. I hope for now this is enough to get started in my search. If you have questions just ask. Thanks for reading and all the best to everyone in your search... may we all find what we are looking for..... Well since I've been thru this before I'd like to say I prefer to go somewhere for a drink/coffee/ice cream or maybe even a stroll actually anyplace where we are comfortable and have the opportunity to get to know each other better. And it's not a job interview, so come natural... (dressed of course!) but be yourself and comfortable.... I am not talking dinner, movie or a night on the town - maybe just initially an hour - however, that doesn't mean it can't go longer if we really hit it off and lose track of the time. We can always determine that as we go. Also, don't take offense if it doesn't work.... just move on.... If it's working you will know..... because you should be able to feel it - or something will be said where you know - there is another date coming.... and if not, well be thankful you had the opportunity to meet..... and just wish each other the best.
