I'm a single mom of two amazing kids ages 4 and 6(no, dad's not in the picture). I don't have that much free time between work and kids, but when I do I would like to have someone to spend it with. Most of my free time is spent doing fun kid friendly activities like festivals and the park or hanging out at the volleyball court. If you have kids and those are things you would like to do as well, that's great. But don't expect that just because you have kids means that you're going to be around my kids immediately. I would love to find a man who wants to take me out to do something, anything I have never done. I mean dinner and movies and bars are great every once in a while, but I want more adventure in my life. I want to go tubing and rock climbing and hiking, scuba diving, sailing, windsurfing, go mudding, anything different.I listen to just about any kind of music(seriously, try me). One day I'll go out dancing at the most ghetto club I can find, the next a punk or metal show(you will more than likely find me in the mosh pit), the next it will be Blues on the Green. If there are certain types of music that you just can not stand to listen to, we will not get along.(trust me, relationships have ended over this) I'm not saying you have to enjoy all the types of music that I do, you just have to be able to cope with it if you walk in to me dancing around the house to Britney Spears one day! Brownie points if you love the song that's my headline.I hate this online stuff, I don't really feel like you can get to know a person through text. I would much rather meet you, see if we click and not waste our time talking back and forth forever. Coffee or something else quick and easy to cut short or extend if we're having a good time.

I listen to all different types of music. My ipod jumps from Sinatra, Metallica, Rascal Flatts, to All-American Rejects. I like going to concerts, especially all day music festivals. I like to watch sports, especially football. Please don't get this confused with knowing all the stats and specs on every team and player. :) I am a Cowboys, Rangers, Mavericks, and UT fan. During the summer, I love to be at the lake or on the water. I play in a Sand Volleyball league currently and enjoy doing that every week. My friends say I can be a huge goofball and crazy (but in a good way, not the whole need to be committed on medication way). I have been known to bust out the sprinkler and lawn mower on the dance floor, but can do my best at two-stepping when the time is right. I try to make the best of every situation I am and to have the best time I can.I am looking for someone that I can have fun with but as well as be able to have intellectual conversations with. I don't want someone that likes to go out and party all the time. Don't get me wrong, I like to go out and have my fun, but not all the time and not even every weekend. For example, I go to Trivia Night and go to karaoke almost each week. There are some times that I like to relax at home, watch movies, and hang out with my dog.
