Hi, I'm Danielle and I'm a sportsaholic. (funny? no? ok. Currently, I'm playing some co- Yep, women's football :) Sports don't exactly define me, but they're definitely a big part of my life. My friends and family would describe me as down to earth, athletic, funny, determined, sarcastic, easy to get along with, intelligent, and a lovable type of person. My friends and family are also full of sh*t, so you might need to decide for yourself :) I like hanging out with family and friends. I enjoy having a good time and consuming a few adult beverages in the process.Favorites: (a non-comprehensive list...)- Soccer- Women's football- Watching the Vikings- Camping- Hanging out with family and friends- Having a good time- My family's cabin- Hole in the wall bars- Up north for hunting & ATVing- The Metrodome- Target Field-- Any of the lakes in MNWhat I'm looking for? I could rattle of a bunch of adjectives describing my idea of what "the one" might be like, but I might miss something or put too much emphasis on something that doesn't really matter. The biggest thing for me is that my ideal match would be someone who I could call my best friend.

Right now I am a full-time graduate student finishing up my last semester of school. It's a very exciting time in my life! I am also making time to have fun and learn some new skills and hobbies and meet new people in order to balance out the intensity of thesis writing. Due to my graduate courses, I have a pretty odd skill set. Skeletal analysis (human and faunal) and mineral identification is not usually a top consideration for most folks. :) I'm also decent at learning new *** languages, DJing, teaching, and am somewhat artistically inclined.Favorite books, movies, shows, music, and foodMy very first job in high school was working in an independent book store. The employees were allowed to "gently borrow" books as often as they wanted. The pay there wasn't great, but it was such a good trade off!. I like reading both fiction and non-fiction. Fiction genres: Mystery, Sci-Fi/Fantasy, Horror (basically escape reading!). Non-fiction: History, Archaeology, Botany, Comparative Religion. As far as movies go, I also worked part-time in an independent video rental shop during my undergrad years. The employee price for renting movies was 50 cents. We were always recommending titles to the customers and each other. I tend to like film noir, Sci-Fi/Fantasy, comedy, horror, thrillers, and the occasional documentary. A couple of favorite films of mine: The Taste of Tea, L.A.Favorite show of all time: MST3K. I also love the X-Files...it makes me nostaglic for my childhood since my dad and I watched the show religiously together.....Hmmm...food preferences...I am definitely an omnivore (sorry animals, you are too delicious). I also enjoy baking for others. Even though I am an adventurous eater, I miss my grandmother's country cooking the most. I would love to learn more about this city from the people who love it
