I like to take interest in what others enjoy as well.Not much of a cat person, but I love dogs. I don't have one of my own, but grew up with them and many family/friends have them that I enjoy interaction with. I am the type of girl that doesn't mind getting dirty mudding in the woods or grossed out by killing a spider but I also can dress up really nice for an evening out or attending a formal event. I can go from wearing jeans/sweatshirt with my hair up to letting my hair down and getting dolled up. I don't wear make up every day but when I do, it's for going out or something special. I'm pretty laid back and easy going. I have so much to offer but looking for the right guy to give me a chance and get to know me, enjoy things together but also have our own independence to have some space once and awhile to go and do our own guy/girl time. I'm very trustworthy, loyal, caring, thoughtful, romantic, and respectful person looking for the same. Communication is very important to me. Looking for a relationship that can turn into something long term, lead into the future, and have the family life someday. I like a man who enjoys surprising a women for no reason or on a special occasion and being old fashion at times by opening the door etc...I'm interested in country guys who get dirty but also know how to clean up and smell good. Something fun where we can get to know each other and talk that we both enjoy doing. Not really up for a movie for a first date. I'd rather go mini golfing, bowling, out to eat, walk in the park, to a sporting event, I'm up for anything really.

    Right now I am a full-time graduate student finishing up my last semester of school. It's a very exciting time in my life! I am also making time to have fun and learn some new skills and hobbies and meet new people in order to balance out the intensity of thesis writing. Due to my graduate courses, I have a pretty odd skill set. Skeletal analysis (human and faunal) and mineral identification is not usually a top consideration for most folks. :) I'm also decent at learning new *** languages, DJing, teaching, and am somewhat artistically inclined.Favorite books, movies, shows, music, and foodMy very first job in high school was working in an independent book store. The employees were allowed to "gently borrow" books as often as they wanted. The pay there wasn't great, but it was such a good trade off!. I like reading both fiction and non-fiction. Fiction genres: Mystery, Sci-Fi/Fantasy, Horror (basically escape reading!). Non-fiction: History, Archaeology, Botany, Comparative Religion.As far as movies go, I also worked part-time in an independent video rental shop during my undergrad years. The employee price for renting movies was 50 cents. We were always recommending titles to the customers and each other. I tend to like film noir, Sci-Fi/Fantasy, comedy, horror, thrillers, and the occasional documentary. A couple of favorite films of mine: The Taste of Tea, L.A.Favorite show of all time: MST3K. I also love the X-Files...it makes me nostaglic for my childhood since my dad and I watched the show religiously together.....Hmmm...food preferences...I am definitely an omnivore (sorry animals, you are too delicious). I also enjoy baking for others. Even though I am an adventurous eater, I miss my grandmother's country cooking the most. I would love to learn more about this city from the people who love it
