Hey there! :) Like many other people on this site, I am bad at talking about myself, so here goes nothing! I am a born and raised Minnesotan; tried to leave a few years ago, but obviously that didn't last. Where'd I go? Australia. My oldest sister lives there, so I took the opportunity to travel when it was offered. I LOVED it and I hope to go back some day soon. I also hope to travel to more places and see more of the world; everyone says this, I know, but I love experiencing new things. I recently tried the "Insanity" workout... Wow! It kicks you in the butt, but it is a lot of fun! I am not a natural runner, so it is helping me prepare myself for some runs this summer.I am a small town girl at heart. I dress for comfort not pizazz (most of the time). I play volleyball for fun, yell at my t.v. during football season, and love summer festivals and outings. I would call myself a geek, minus the technological knowledge. I am not afraid to make a complete idiot of myself to make someone laugh. I currently teach high school special education and love what I do! I think the kids have taught me more this year than I may have taught them. I am looking for a down to earth guy that likes spending time with friends and family and go to various events (sports, concerts, other events). A big thing for me is how you treat your family and friends, specifically your mom. I am looking to get to get to know new people and if something further develops, awesome! I am also looking for someone who values trust and honesty in a relationship. Just lving life to the fullest...with no regrets!! Just a few lessons learned... :) I try not to take life too seriously and I've mastered the ability to find the upside in almost everything, getting thru any obstacle thrown my way..fiercely and not sweating the small stuff. To get thru some of the curve balls that have been thrown my way...there's no way I would have gotten thru half of them without a sense of humor (therefore laughing is one of my favorite pastimes) but I can be serious if need be. I have a lot of things running thru my head on a daily basis (its not easy having such a big brain) therefore i have to keep it stimulated lol jk but i do spend a lot of time thinking about mine & the munchkins future, goals, adventures & how to make our lives even better & more prosperous than it already is.. I'm not one to settle for "just ok" I feel we can all be doing more to better ourselves & our circumstances, if we really want to..
