Hey guys, although this is a little bit weird to write, I am going to do my best. I love trying new things and meeting new people. I don't know if I believe that this process will help me find the man of my dreams, but in the interest of being optimistic, I am willing to try. I have no problem meeting guys, the problem is the quality of guys that I meet. I am at a point in my life where I want a great man who sees more in me than a physical attraction and who wants to build a great foundation for a relationship with me. On a first date, I would like to get to know the guy I am out with. There can be a lot of pressure on a first date and I think that relaxing and getting comfortable with each other would take that pressure off. In my experience, first dates give a pretty good idea of whether or not two people are compatible. Finding that out is more important to me than an over the top date. A great first date for me would end with me knowing more about the person and feeling a connection and possible spark.

I'm a west side Irish girl. I love taking pictures. I'm terrified of spiders. I love all kinds of music from country to classic rock to rap. Going to concerts is one of my absolute favorite things to do. I can be somewhat of a tomboy and very competitive especially when it comes to playing games, but I'm also very girly. I know a lot about sports. Hockey is my favorite. I participate in as many charity events as I can especially breast cancer walks. I just like to have fun and be natural with people. My family is very important to me and we are super close. Having a good time and laughing with family and friends is how I relax. If you want to know, just ask. I'm easy going and like to enjoy whoever I'm with. The activities don't really matter as long as the person is genuine. I am an extremely straight forward person. I think the first date is about a first glimpse at the other person's personality. So don't do something to please me, do something you really want to do.

I've had some bad experiences with meetville, but why let that get me down. I am looking for someone genuine. Someone who isn't going to waste my time and make me feel we are headed somewhere strong only to disappoint. I'm not here for a booty call. I'm not on here to "just be friends." DARE I say it....I'm here to find someone I can have a strong relationship with. Someone to make me laugh, confuse the hell out of me by saying something random, and cheer me up when work gets rough( which, working with autism gets very rough). Also, travelling to see you is OK at first but it becomes tiresome and expensive. I am looking for someone who is at MOST a half hour away. I don't mind staying at home to curl up on the couch and watch a movie. On the same end, I love to go out and travel, go to concerts, and just do something random. I am a Special needs teacher for children who have Autism. Originally I went to school for Criminal Justice and Justice Studies and got my B.A., but found myself in a strange situation. If we start off with expectations and they aren't met we will only be let down. Start things slow and move from there.I know schedules can be tight, but I want to be with someone who makes me a priority like I would make you.
