Do you like to travel & explore new places, small boutique towns, mountains, museums, foreign cuisine, bike trails? The island has about ***permanent, year-long residents, and no cars are allowed. The only way to access the island is by boat or plane. It was an incredible experience I will never forget.I am in the process of starting my own business. I love being a graphic designer, because my work is mobile. My motivation is knowing that if I want to spend the night in another town, I can just pack up my laptop and sketchbook and go. In the meantime, I am learning that one must make many sacrifices to achieve this goal. I work so much that I don't often get out to meet many people.I have experience with many short term relationships, but nothing longer than about 13 months. I know what I am looking for; what is the point in wasting time with someone if they are not a good fit? All of my past relationships remain amicable. One of my biggest pet peeves is misspellings and misuse of punctuation (or lack of). Please spell out the word "you." The little red line that appears to inform you of a typo is your friend.And yes, while this online dating thing seems a bit daunting...I am very curious to see what's out there... Happy hour or coffee is a good, no-pressure first date. If we hit it off, we can always extend the date and do something more original. Or try out a new restaurant...I love trying new food.
