Oh, where to start. I guess first and foremost, I am a mom to two awesome kids, a 14 year old daughter and 8 year old son. They keep me pretty busy so there isn't much time for going out....which is why I am giving this a try! When I do go out, I like nothing more than sitting on a patio, drinking a beer and listening to live music.I am looking for someone who is laid back and likes to have fun, but also has a serious side. I would love to find someone who likes going to games, but also likes to have friends over to watch the game while we cook out. I am easy going, but competitive, sarcastic, but serious when I need to be. I'm not into games. I tend to say what I think which can be good and bad. Honesty in a guy is a big deal to me...life's too short to have to wonder if someone is telling you the truth. I like physical activity, but I'm by no means a gym rat. I would rather be riding my bike or playing basketball with the kids than on a treadmill. I did recently start doing Bikram yoga and I love it! I love to travel. But if where I am going is more than a few hours, I will be on a plane! I love animals, especially dogs. I have an 11 year old American Bulldog who looks and sounds mean, but is really a big baby.

I think intelligence and a sense of humor make the hottest man on the planet. That's what we call a winning combination. Oh yeah. Would love to say I'm always trying new things but that'd be a lie. But I can be talked into a lot and usually end up loving new experiences. Looking for that person who compliments my personality well with his and just good-old-fashioned likes who I am on the inside, ya know?The few extra pounds thing: getting back into the routine of going to the gym so I can be healthy and look good but either way my weight doesn't change how freakin awesome I am. Just looking for someone who enjoys that kind of thing and is willing to put himself out there. Definitely want to chat it up for a while first to make sure the date won't be ten kinds of awkward. I'm open to most ideas; like it when the guy makes the plan-at least for the first date. Guess I'm old-fashioned.
