Music must be in my life, I enjoy concerts from symphonic to blues.... don't watch much TV although I do enjoy the tennis channel...and foreign films are often a draw for me....I respect those who participate in community service as I volunteer my time to support the arts/music for the local schools and youth music groups. Love visiting botanical gardens or nurseries to enjoy the diversity and peace that only plants can give. I like to create things with my hands, sewing, knitting and have recently tried ceramics on the pottery wheel. Life is about doing, but I have also learned that it is also a wonderful journey to learn from, be it strife or joy, I enjoy reading about human behavior, psychology and motivation, gardening and science. I could meet you for a latte at Peets coffee, a drink, talk by the ocean, but prefer to hit some balls over the net, walk on a trail or a short bike ride...kayaking would be lovely...maybe on a second date or we could go hear some live music....and in SC that's not hard to do is it?

I have come to see that life is an adventure to be lived to the fullest. I find that the best way to experience life is with others albeit friends, family or colleagues. I find other people and their stories fascinating and my goal of any conversation is to add layers to the conversation each time that we talk, whether it is a first time conversation or a long time friend/family. There is always something to be learned either about myself, the person that I am talking with, or the world around me. I love to learn new things and will try just about anything once. I enjoy a variety of things and have a joy of life and love of adventure as long as I can experience it with others. Biking, walking or hiking in the summer or downhill skiing, ice skating, snow shoeing or making a snowman in the winter. I have always wanted to try cross country skiing as well. Historic walking tours, Shakespeare in the Park or Jazz in July or the state fair. I would love to learn to dance better and would love the chance to become more skilled in the classic dances. I am interested in meeting someone who I can be myself with and someone who brings out the "lovely" in me. Thoughtfulness, honesty, and the ability to trust them completely is a must have. I am looking for someone who has a faith in God and holds similar Christian values, who loves the Lord as well. In a nutshell, someone who I can experience life to the fullest and who wants to enjoy it with me. Being able to have conversation and find out about each other is the main objective.
