I love being a mom to my 8 & I'm active politically, and I teach 5th grade. I love FUN, laughing, cooking, & music of every kind (except angry stuff). I don't have or want cable tv but like movies (nothing gory, generally)-tv shows from hulu and netflix are fun to get into--I was married for 10 years and finally decided for certain that the 'right person' for me is a female. Since I teach full time and do lots of fun things with my kids I don't have a lot of time searching for my mate in person so here I am on this meetville thing! Putting it all out there is weird, but I'm very open about myself so it's not too hard. Yoga and the outdoors are big parts of my life. I have my kids ***days a week, so dating me for awhile before meeting them is a must-just got out of a relationship that I took too fast in that regard.You: are open and kind, laugh at silly stuff with me, are very liberal, educated (or at least well read with an understanding of the world), want to go on daily adventures and live fully. Philosophical? Yes. You're also into healthy living, are curious about random new things, love science, and believe education will save humans from killing themselves (that last part is a quasi-joke, I mean, I mean it but maybe you don't believe it as strongly as I do. I wanna debate it, anyway :)) I like having my mind changed by a strong argument (kindly delivered, of course) and am always open to new information changing my opinions. Meet at a wine bar for conversation, get a coffee in the city, go for a hike? Browse a library/book store together? If it's a warmish day, meet at a beach? I really love to dance, if you do too, that's a bonus. Let's meet at a club if so!

    To start I am terrible at talking about myself in Essay format but I will give it a try.... I have an awesome job and absolutely love what I do.
