I am a teacher and I am a transplant from colder regions. I am a reader and love to write. I like to play games (both console and board). I am hard headed and independent at times, which makes me very difficult to push. And apparently, when I talk about myself, I write in simple sentences. While I am an English teacher, I am one of the least grammar-stubborn of my friends, which causes my friends to look at me and say, "But you're an English teacher." Probably something low-key where we can talk and get to know each other, like coffee or an event. I have found that movies don't seem to be a good first date, because you don't have a chance to talk and people can be very particular with their movie theater etiquette.
