I wouldn't say that I'm open to going wherever the wind will take me (that was more in my 20's) but I am open to thinking about it, planning it, and THEN doing it.     I am a 4th year medical student finishing up my clinical rotations and am also finishing up a MBA in health care management.     Have you ever been surrounded by people, but lonely? That is the situation I currently find myself. I'm always keeping myself busy with work and I've come to realize I have no one to celebrate the little successes with.
