I am a 51 year old single mother of two children, daughter and son both in college. Very dedicated family person. My children have been *** teaching me the true meaning of love, and most importantly respect. I now have a complete understanding of everything my parents ever did or said. It all makes sense now. Family is extremely important to me!I love to laugh, and have an incredible sense of humor. I am very spontaneous and love adventure. I love the water, boating, and generally anything that has to do with nature and the outdoors. I spent two years sailing the Caribbean when I was young, before I decided what I wanted to be when I grew up. I absolutely adore the Zac Brown Band. I have been known to shoot a decent game of pool. I love spectator sports; Football, Baseball, Soccer, Hockey, Nascar, Indy and Motocross racing. I am an avid Lions and Tigers fan and I watch them regardless of how good or bad their season is. I enjoy a night on the town as well as cuddling on the sofa, watching a good movie with a bowl of popcorn, or sitting around a bonfire. I enjoy most types of music with the exception of rap. I will be the first to admit, I am not perfect, but I have yet to find someone that is. I believe in not judging a book by it's cover, I have been disappointed one too many times by what I find on the inside. I am looking for someone to share some of life's greatest pleasures, and be mature enough to deal with the imperfections. We all choose our own destiny.I spent the last 15 years raising my children as a single parent. My first priority in life was to make sure they both became mature, responsible, successful adults. I also spent the last 11 years putting myself through college so I could be a mature, successful, responsible adult. I just received my Masters in Computer Information Systems in June of this year. Now that my education is complete, and both of my children our in college I finally feel like I have the time to devote to a meaningful relationship. I am first aid certified in CPR and AED, so if the need arises I am licensed to perform mouth-to-mouth resuscitation and Automatic External Defribillation. And will never go back to smoking cigarettes. Hate the smell and what it was doing to me.
