Well been on and off this site, and have met some really great guys, Not sure in the past if I was really ready for the dating scene again or making a commitment. So now that my boys are very much on their own now, and I am much more settled thought it time to update the profile. I am somewhat quiet a little shy at first ,but strong minded and a good sense of humor. I am not at all materialistic but like to be comfortable, I enjoy my home and garden, I have a secure full time job that I enjoy. not into fishing but love camping preferably places I can suntan naked lol so not too many people around. I have been on a few quads and would totally love to have one of my own. I have a wonderful network of social friends, but tend to be more of a homebody, Love to cook and would prefer to entertain small groups at home. Love the summer winter sports and the cold lol not so much. my best asset from what im told is that I am always smiling, I've had a lot of struggles and hurdles to go through in life, but getting past that have now come to enjoy life and looking forward to the future. Not to offend any of you guys, as ive said, I am not materialistic and don't have a lot, but at age 50 if you live with your mom, do not have a somewhat secure job or a vehicle please don't message me. I enjoy a good glass of merlot with a nice dinner out as much as a cold beer and a burger

Hi everyone. Let me tell you a little about me...I am a single mom to 3 adult children, 3 rescued shelter dogs, and a kitten, so I guess you have to like kids and pets. You must be HONEST, RESPECTFUL, and CARING. A gentleman who is outgoing, responsible, funny (please make me laugh), employed, educated, and kind and fun to be with is definitely a priority. I am very quick witted, and sometimes wonder if I am the only one who "gets it". I believe in talking over the internet first, then phone. You can learn so much about each other before you meet for the first time. I don't consider dating a game. I am very close with my family and enjoy being with them. My children are my number one priority and yours should be as well. A man that has children is great, but would prefer if they are older.I believe in old fashioned values...honesty, respect, commitment, respect, monogamy, respect, opening doors, respect!!! Get it?Because of my close family ties, I am not up for relocation. Thought I would put that out there........What I Like: Laughing till my face hurts. Going to NYC by train. Movies. Comedy Clubs. Museums. Doing something, or even nothing with the person I am with. What I don't like: Liars, cheaters, disrespectful people, players. If you say you are going to call, then call. Leading someone on, then just "disappearing." Never quite understood that one. If you're not interested, just say so.What makes a great date? Great conversation, mutual attraction, having a good time, not realizing that hours have passed and not wanting it to end, and of course looking forward to the next one. First dates are always so awkward and nerve racking, but they can be so amazing and wonderful too. It really doesn't matter where we go or what we do, what matters is having a good time together. Keeping it casual and non-pressured is the best.
