I have three grown, awesome kids, none of whom live with me. I recently retired from a very satisfying career with the federal government and am now trying to figure out what the next stage of my life could look like.- both fiction and non-fiction. I love all kinds of music, with the exception of rap. I am a country girl at heart but have lived in the city most of my adult life. So, I am comfortable in both blue jeans and ball gowns. I am passionate about my yoga and meditation and they form part of my daily routine, along with my 5k walk. I am a very deep and spiritual soul and seek the same in my mate.I would love to meet someone who loves the outdoors as much as I do and also appreciates snuggling up on a cold night to watch a good movie or enjoy a great conversation accompanied by a nice glass of wine.......or a cold beer :)I love sunsets - a different show every night! Although not a religious person, I am very spiritual and if it is really possible to actually live in the moment and feel at one with the universe, it happens for me when I am in the great outdoors - be it gardening, walking or just sitting and listening to the waves crashing ashore.
