About Me

Let's face it. There's either physical chemistry or there isn't. I need to feel attracted to the person I'm going to be dating and I need for him to be attracted to me. We've all had those experiences where you go to meet your match for coffee and the person doesn't look anything like the pics on the profile. So why waste time? Let's meet in the parking lot at Starbucks, you in your vehicle and me in mine, and roll our windows down. If it works, we give it a thumbs up and go inside and have coffee. If not we flash a thumbs down and drive on. Think of the time and money you can save with this new dating style. Okay, I'm off to go wash my vehicle lol! I do have a serious side but I haven't gotten this far in life without insisting on laughter and having fun. If I can't have some fun I don't want to play. Speaking of playing, is there anybody out there that plays pitch? You know, high, low, jack and the game.... Or what about spades? I am pretty good at both those games. I'm not into playing many games that don't require a deck of cards but I do enjoy some spectator sports. I have an aversion to forced choice questionnaires and I'm usually in the Other category whatever that is - none of the above, more than one of the above, depends on my attitude, etc. Let's take pets for *** can pick dogs, cats, horses, birds, or dogs and cats. What if you have cats and birds? Personally I have dogs and horses but that wasn't a choice. Then let's take religion - they have just about everything except what I identify with and that would be Spiritual. I don't practice an organized religion and I don't have interest in doing that. But my Spirituality is a very important part of my life. If you check non-religious they think you're either a satanist or a scientist and I'm neither of those. And why can't you limit who *** based on whether they have a car or not? What if you have a truck? Please have a vehicle in working order....That brings me to the what I'm looking for/intention categories. Ultimately, I want a partner for a long-term intimate, monogamous relationship preferably lasting a lifetime. I don't know that I ever need to be legally married again but I'm open to it with the right person. What I've found is that it takes a long time to really get to know somebody and I don't want to rush into anything. Could I be crazy about you and fall in love with you quickly anyway? Well probably but only if you're everything I ever dreamed of and more. Until that happens, dating but nothing serious seems closer to taking it slow than anything else. But I decided to check what I really want so I did. I'd like to meet potential partners to date without getting too serious all at once. Then if it develops into something more, I'm in for the long haul. For now, let's just see if we can get to a first date and go from there. I'm right-brained and often a little out in left field yet stable beyond repair. I have strong values and passionate beliefs. I think communication, honesty, conflict resolution skills, and mutual respect are essential in relationships. I love horseback riding, dancing, coffee, spicy foods, all of nature, good friends, affection, spooning, being outdoors, laughter and fun. I have a successful professional career and a fulfilling life, and I'm really happy most of the time. Both the city and the country are important to me and I need to have both in my life. I can go from bluejeans and boots in the saddle all day to black dress and heels for a night on the town. I like a confident, educated, professional, down to earth guy who acts like a gentleman, loves animals and the outdoors, and has the ability to laugh at life and himself. Be fun and creative and nice. Say who you are and be who you say. Hey, what were you voted most likely for? I'd be interested in knowing that. Sometimes I miss you and I don't even know you yet. I'd like to make time for you. Convince me to do that and let's see what happens. First we need to get beyond the parking lot at Starbucks. And before that, I need you to make going there in the first place something I can't resist. :) Hint: Seeking compatibility and shared interests. Let's have some fun.

I am a mother of two beautiful grown girls. One lives with me and the other is married...I'm not fussy...lol.I run a successful business with a partner, this is a local business and we have 10 employees.I'm going to be honest and say I like reality shows, but I also like a good movie or series. Game of Thrones is my ultimate favorite with Homeland a close second.I have recently seperated and don't know how to meet anyone other than on a dating site. The town I live in has the worst nite life of any town I have ever lived in.I will try here to see what happens. Quiet dinner, chat, drinks and maybe a walk if the air is cool.

Rather old school in ways.... all for equality in the workforce, but the homefront is a different thing. I like doors opened, thinking of you calls, dinners out and then again you need same type of respect in return don't you? :)
