i am 53 and have not been in a relationship for about 10 years now. i am looking to make new friends and possibly a relationship. i work for a local grocery store chain. i am very much a sports fanatic and i love animals. most of the time i stay at home. do not like the bar scene. i believe in GOD but do not consider myself religious. the main thing i like in a man is a sense of humor. to me that is more important than looks.

I'll edit this later...you can ask, I like tattoos, I am a grama, I am fluent in monkey quest...lol this description field is to short. under construction....y do these online dating scenes require this? ...ok here I go, I'm gonna start with saying that I'm not on here to try and sell me to you, if you can't even be tasteful in your one-liners asking for meaningless sex then keep the sh*t to yourself...I mean gzz at least make me laugh with it....Love is a burning thing.I ain't Skeer'd...Sail on by if children are a problem....I do like the look of a some back sides toooo....loI. I enjoy compliments and conversation, I do have two grans that live with me...In my opinion they are to die for ....if you get my drift ....that's my best reality thus far.... ;) I like to keep it real and that being said..... My honesty often comes out sarcastic...It is what it is...after all nothing last forever, even memories can fade. leave me charmed

I'm still not entirely convinced that the online method is the way to go...but nevertheless, going to give it a whirl. I'm a young at heart technophobe looking to meet someone like minded who wants to be in a relationship at some point. Obviously, getting past that first date hurdle is a good beginning... : )Let's start with dinner or coffee and see what happens. I might be wearing rose colored glasses, but I believe that romance still exists. Online is just a different forum for the initial meeting. I'm looking for someone who values trust, loyalty and family. It's important that you have interests of your own, but would love to meet someone who wants to share mine as well. I enjoy dining out, spending time with family, most music, live concerts and theatre, mountains, beaches, ice cream, a good cup of coffee and sporting events -..I believe growing up is optional. Laughing over ridiculousness, losing yourself in a great book, a lazy day indoors, beach vacations, the serenity of the White Mountains, sleeping in on a Sunday, breakfast for dinner or taking in a game at Fenway Park are some of my favorite things. If any of this strikes a chord with you - we might connect in the non cyber world...Best to all of us as we navigate this brave new world of dating. : ) Dinner and/or drinks or a cup of coffee followed by dessert. Something casual without pressure. If there's a spark, we'll know. : )
