Woman. 54 years old. Zodiac sign: Aries.
Looking for: man. In age: 51-61
I'm a youthful, attractive, good natured and free spirited woman looking for someone with the same interests as myself. The perfect guy for me would be first and foremost my best friend, have a great personality, be a bit old fashioned, very genuine and kind, and be my constant companion. I love the outdoors and venture to the No. Calif. mountains quite often. I'm originally from So. Calif. and really miss the long drives along the coast. Would love to meet someone that is somewhat of a handyman as I'm not the greatest at home maintenance. But I am a very clean and organized person and keep my home in showroom condition. I'm an animal lover, especially dogs. Never met one I didn't like. In a nutshell, I'm just your average gal looking for an average guy to enjoy the finer things in life. If you think that it might be you then I'd love to hear from you. First date.........hmmmmm...maybe a nice dinner in a quiet environment. Or just meet up for a drink or coffee.

Woman. 55 years old. Zodiac sign: Gemini.
Looking for: man. In age: 52-62
Love, adventure, romance, friendship... are just a few of the things I am looking for in a future relationship. My two grown children and my extended family are extremely important to me and we are very close. Outside of my family, I love to stay active and healthy. My hobbies are varied and encompass many areas of life. I have 3 horses and ride both English and Western, in arenas and on trails, in gaming shows, and on an equestrian drill team.!!). I have 2 black labs (helps keep the squirrel population in check) and 2 cats (good mousers for the barn). I love to hike and have gotten into mountaineering lately. I have climbed several local ***,***footers this summer and made it to 13,500' on Mt. I will make it to the top on the next attempt!!! I have only a few sections left to do. I belong to a local gym and participate in boot camp, strength/conditioning, Zumba classes, and am currently learning kickboxing. I find it strangely satisfying to hit and kick those bags. It is just fun! Another activity I dearly love to do is dancing. I have currently learned how to do many moves of the East and West Coast Swing and love it. I was trained in classical ballet, tap, jazz, and modern as a child so I love to move to music with a good beat whether it is rock, country-western, jazz or classical. I have been told that I am pretty darn good at it! A goal I have set for myself this year is to become certified to teach Zumba and maybe other dance-related exercise classes and start teaching at local gyms, assisted-living facilities, and other venues when I retire from teaching (which will be in the next year or two), I also enjoy running, biking, canoeing and kayaking. My goal is to run a half-- My biggest fish so far is a 46 pound halibut! Hooked and landed by myself...wasn't easy!!! I have yet to catch a steelhead or salmon. That is a goal for the future. I have just lately equipped myself with new backpacking and camping gear so I can go to more of the high mountains. A new hobby that I have just gotten into is target shooting. I was not raised in a hunting family so knew nothing about guns. Now, I am learning more about shooting sports. Too funny!! The above paragraphs make me seem as though all I do is run around on the mountains or in the gym. That is far from the truth. I currently teach 6th-8th grade students science at a local public school and have found that I love that age! They keep me hopping intellectually as I am constantly trying to figure out how to keep science fun and real. The students are so fun to work with and I sincerely enjoy coming to work each day. (I just wish the paperwork would go away!!) I am pretty independent and strong.I know my way around my small tractor, lawn mower, brushcutter and weedwhacker. I have drawn the line as yet on learning how to run the chain saw. I enjoy quiet moments for reading and contemplating life. I love walks in my field with my dogs and animals, or along quiet streams or lakes. I love taking naps on high mountain rocks! I love to share my home with my friends and family for BBQs and holidays. Something simple and sweet. Meet for coffee or a light meal somewhere quiet and comfortable. Afterward, a walk around a pond or park for more conversation. Maybe end up somewhere near a source of soft serve ice cream... I love frosties!!
