I grew up more of a tomboy than a girly-girl and I speak fluent sarcasm. I love aviation and travel...any reason to explore the world is a good one and I would love nothing more than to wander it constantly. I love to learn about anything and everything, especially about cultures, customs and languages from all ends of the map. I love to cook...I can grill, bake, roast, fry, saute just about anything and often prefer to dine in over dining out. I love trying new foods and especially foreign foods. I have even had learned how to make traditional dishes of different cultures from people I have met on my travels. I'm old school, traditional with a touch of modern. I believe in manners and common sense, something I have found to be more rare than I can put to words. Don't lie to me and I won't lie to you; if you have something to say, then say it. My family and friends mean the world to me and I would do anything for them. I live, laugh and love with all I have. I am a genuinely positive person and I choose to see the best in people, for better or for worse. I don't want to play games and I am not here for sex.I work full time downtown and although it can be stressful, I do like my job (most days). I enjoy spending time volunteering; you can often find me at the AIDS Resource Center events doing just about anything and everything they need me to help with.
