Heya. I’-going, optimistic college grad. I double majored in history and English literature. But don't let that fool you! Rationality influences my life a great deal. But I’m a bit of a dreamer at the same time…I love to travel. I've been to a handful of countries in Europe, and hope to have the opportunity to visit more countries and continents--once I have the time and money to do so. I also wrote humorous logs of those trips, and found that the best part of traveling is making friends with the people you're with.I grew up in the country before moving to a big city for college. So while I now prefer living in urban areas, I still like to spend a lot of time outside wandering through parks and such. I also think it's important to stay active, so I try to run and cycle regularly.I also have a nerdy side. I spent a lot of my childhood reading for fun. And, considering my majors, I’ve ended up being pretty well-read. I play a few video games too.I've recently been trying to be at least a bit of an activist, whether that means volunteering at a food pantry, watching documentaries about social issues, or (usually unsuccessfully) trying to get people to watch those documentaries with me. It's not always encouraging, but the humanist side of me compels me to try.
