I'm addicted to pho and grabbing a bowl of it is always an option I'm totally down for. I go out for pho all the time. I've been gluten free now for about 6 months and its totally easy once you get the hang of it. I'm a pretty musically/artisticly minded person, so something around those lines is always great fun.
