So I believe it's time I updated this box ***So I'm Jeremy, and to just put it out there right off the bat I'm looking for a serious relationship and to "settle down". I'm cool with new friends, but my ultimate goal is to find more than that. Because I live in a small town the selection is not outstanding, so that's what brings me here. Internet dating surely isn't ideal but it's worth a shot, and what do I have to loose right?I will tell you a little about myself to give you an idea of whether or not we may be a match. I work full time for a major cable company in a call center. I'm the person you get to talk to when you say "give me your supervisor" lol but that's just a small portion of what I do. I work hard for everything I have and want someone that can compliment that and not expect me to provide for them. I believe I have a great sense of humor and find that very attractive in others. I am very sarcastic and can be stubborn at times but get along with just about everyone I have ever meet. As far as interests it varies. I listen to a variety of music, but tend to listen to mostly pop and country. About the only movies I don't care for are Horror just simply because they kind of bore me. I love to go out and spend time with family and friends but also enjoy quiet nights at home on the couch. I consider myself adventurous to the point I'll try just about anything once. Again because of small town living I don't have access to do a lot of what I think I would enjoy, but want to change that. Maybe you could help me with that? A down to earth kind of guy looking for the same as well. I'm tired of feeling stuck in a rut and doing the same things over and over. I've dealt with my fair share of liars, so if that's you please don't waste my time. I also have a huge problem with infidelity, so if you can't commit to one person keep moving as well. I've had my share of heartache and guys just telling me what I want to hear, I want to find a guy that actually means it! Not into open relationships, in fact I don't even understand them to be honest and have no desire to. If any of this garbled mess seems to interest you, please don't hesitate to hit me up. Just please have the decency to say more than hi or "sup" as I'm likely just to *** Tell me something about yourself, or what you think we may have in common. I think I've given enough info in this bio to at least start a decent conversation, so let's get to converstain' :) I want to do something fun, unique and memorable. Maybe something like a trip to a park, miniature golf, bowling or a trip to an art gallery. Of course at some point we would have to grab a bite but don't want that to be the main event. Really anything we both may enjoy and gives us a chance to talk and get to know each other works for me.

I spend most of my time doing handcrafts (knitting, crocheting and the like). I also enjoy hiking through the woods, driving around for no reason, and reading (art, philosophy and social theory, mostly). I play a lot of board and trivia games. Of course, I also do the "traditional" things like go to bars to hang out with friends and such. I'm a sociable nerd. I've been blessed enough to have worked at four bookstores so far in my life (one of which was Giovanni's Room, one of the oldest LGBT bookstores in the world), and dream of running my own one day. I'm also considering going back to school for an Master's in Library Science. I think it's just that I really enjoy connecting people with the knowledge that they need (nerd alert!). As far as music is concerned, I like a little bit of everything. Lately, it's been a lot of folk and rock, but I like hip hop, experimental, shoegazing, classical, noise rock, and indie rock (and an admittedly soft spot for the female singer/songwriter). I just want to meet someone to spend time with, someone to laugh with/at. I'd like to meet someone with radically different interests than mine. Learning new things from new people is one of the greatest gifts in life. That being said, it would be helpful if we had at least something in common. We could spend the day at the art museum, or go hiking through the woods somewhere. Dinner is always nice (even if the conversation fails, the food usually doesn't). I'm fairly adaptable, and horribly indecisive, so it doesn't really matter.
