So yea, I hate these things. I'm not one to talk about myself and have never really tried the online thing before, so here goes, enter at your own risk:You know THAT guy, everyone knows one, that no matter what happens hes always able to laugh at a bad situation. This tends to be me. As a person, I tend to be easy going and for the most part, laid back. I've learned to find the humor in life (mainly to keep my sanity) and make the best of what I'm given. Its most likely one of my best features, as it keeps my mood just that much more on the positive side.I'm fairly new to town (ATL) and only know the people i work with. Most of the time, if I'm not working, I'm doing my own thing at home, be it movies, reading sci-fi, or playing online games, usually WoW (if you know what I'm speaking of...FOR THE HORDE!!...if not just continue on). Honestly, I choose not to go out with everyone from work simply because I prefer to remember where I left my keys and phone the night before. I venture out and enjoy life, alone or accompanied. I never pay any attention the the looks of "". i enjoy things just fine on my own, but if one listens, one might think they hear me say that at times it might be nice to have someone to share things with. But like I said, I'm never afraid to do anything alone.So to wrap this up (before you lose interest mostly) I am me, short, simple, and complete, what you see is what you get. I am very sane and stable, and like the life I've made from myself. I live by my own means, and enjoy the finer things in life that don't have to cost an arm, leg, and three toes. I'm simply at a point in my life where it might be nice to have someone to share with and grow. Wow a first date, i could quote so many movies, books, or "guess what i did last night's" but i choose not to. ***, this is how I see things:I have no perfect first date to mention, partly because it hasn't happened to me. It could be sitting in a waffle house, deep in conversation sipping God-awful burnt coffee while *** trashed couple making a spectacle of themselves in the corner.It could be simply sitting at a table talking about nothing, and everything, getting to know one another "the old fashion way" by listening, *** playing 37 questions over text messages. So, you have just a glimpse of who I am, and why im at times THAT guy laughing quietly to myself, seemingly at nothing. If you happen to want to know anything else, just ask, I'm an open book.

I have a good balance of heart and mind. It's something that really defines who I am. It should be said that I have both nerd and athletic tendencies (not sure how else to say it, haha). Being affectionate and emotionally open aren't a challenge for me. I have a wide variety of interests in different types of music, sports (hockey and baseball), movies (mostly sci-fi) and even gaming (PS3). Getting outside is fun, too. Things like kayaking, going to the beach, riding bikes and ice skating are great as well. It's never been about -what- I do on a date. It's more about the person I am with. Hopefully, whatever we would do, it would lead to a great connection between us and the start of something more meaningful down the road.Obviously, it helps if we do something we both like and have in common :-)
