I was built to move. Specifically, I think, to run, but definitely to move. I traded in cigarettes for a running habit several years ago and haven't looked back. Within a year of quitting, I was running my first half- Next year, I'm looking at a half-I do enjoy some time to myself, but I've discovered I'm really a social butterfly, and have worked myself toward activities, charities, life choices and lifestyles that are both active and interactive.If you, like me, can't sit still, and want to DO SOMETHING, well heck, there's a gorgeous lakefront right next to us, and plenty of other options surrounding us! Let's not sit still together for a while!:-) So many options... Maybe a tea at Alterra or just sit on a bench by the lake and chat or say hello... maybe food (but not spaghetti... I mean... there's no flattering way to eat spaghetti that I have found)...
