About Me

I started out building houses for U.S. I got tired of getting laid off during the winter. So I went to the bank and took out enough money to buy a couple of lots. And started my own general contracting firm. I love to spend time on the water, I find it very relaxing. My business has been the shits for the last 4 years. I've built a total of 3 custom homes during the last 4 years. I've got a partner who I'm helping with a ***acre subdivision. We are currently seeking to get a land use permit and zoning to allow a golf course, 42 single family homesites, and a few 2 story condo buildings. I will probably build out half of the sudivision as well as the condos myself. My website is *** I like to be outside. I enjoy riding my bicycle when the weather is good. I also enjoy the lakefront, Bears games, and Navy Pier. I like to listen to music rather than spend a lot of free time in front of the television. I'm a big reader, I read about 2 books per week. I also read an occasional biography, or a current economics book. I HAD A CEREBRAL HEMMORHAGE ABOUT 10 YEARS AGO. After a 4 year rehabilitation stint I relearned how to eat, walk, and speak again. IN FACT, I TURNED OUT BETTER THAN I WAS. I'M STILL INTELLIGENT, GOOD NATURED, EASY GOING, AFFECTIONATE, AND I HAVE A GREAT SENSE OF HUMOR. AFTER BEING DEAD, YOU GET A GREAT APPRECIATION OF LIFE! EVERY MORNING I WAKE UP, LOOK OUTSIDE, AN APPRECIATE ANOTHER CHANCE AT HAVING A GREAT DAY! I DO NOT SEE WELL ENOUGH TO DRIVE. MY DATE HAS TO DRIVE WHEN WE GO OUT. IF WE HAVE BEEN DRINKING, I WILL CALL US A CAR FOR THE RIDE HOME. I know that this is a large drag on a date. And I wish it weren't so. But I don't want to run into a car full of people, just because I'm trying to act as though I'm good to go. Everyone has a good story, if you take the time to listen. I imagine that we would talk about the thing that consume our time. Whether it be our jobs, our families, or our pleasures. I'm sure we would talk about our families, and our children (I assume that just because I have a few kids, everyone will have at least one of their own- which I should not do) We could eat anywhere or anything from Crabs to Chinese to BBQ to Italian to Pizza to Breaded Steak Sandwiches. We could go someplace local. Somewhere it's not too loud to carry on a conversation. And we could try to figure each other out, and sort through our lives. In an attempt to find common ground to start a relationship from.I also like to tailgate and go to the Bears games. My Company used to have 6 season seats, until they hired Lovie. Then it was just too painful to watch every week. So now I see only the games I want to, and watch the balance on the TV. I've got a good friend who has great seats on the 30 yd line, about 25 rows up. The seats are so good, you forget how poorly the season is usually going. This is all sh*t that has screwed them up in the past. It may just happen again!

    First. I would like to know what the term "down to earth" means. Cause if it means "normal", I want no part of that !! I know I'm a little rough around the edges, Oh Alright maybe a lot !! But I'm far from normal. But that doesn't mean that I'm not kind and loving. Cause with the right girl, I'm all of that and more.I'm not looking for my other half, I'm a whole person and don't need a female to complete me. Being alone sucks, doing things we like with the one we love, makes those times much more enjoyable. I love animals, but if you have a dog or cat posing as your boyfriend, or are referring to them as your children( you know who you are) i don't need that either. I'm a hard rock fan, yes that involves metal too. \m/ I have a music collection that is LARGE to say the least (if not a little embarrassing). Going to concerts always puts a smile on my face, so does sex but that is a different conversation. I like to listen to the Blues. I don't listen to country or Lady Gaga(just look at me), so if that is your style, sorry not for me. I watch sci-fi and horror movies, a collection that is also quite large. But those are not all I like, for some reason foreign movies have taken a liking to me lately. One T.V. show I love is The Universe, only because Stargazing and the science of it all is totally amazing. I can hold down an intelligent Yes,underneath all that hair and ink, I have some brains and also some skills(hello auto tech). Which reminds me as my girlfriend you get to have your car fixed a lot cheaper! Oh yeah, I know this is going to freak some of you out, but I don't like to watch or go to professional sporting events, AT ALL. Riding a Motorcycle is much more exciting!!! Did I mention I LOVE holding hands, kissing,cuddling, spooning and kissing, because if I didn't I am now. I would like to meet a girl that is not afraid to get her hands dirty or get on the back of my bike with me(or have one of her own). But also be a very girly girl, when the time is right. Not to exclude anyone of you but, petite, dark haired, brown eyed females just melt my heart. Not a requirement but i have to be honest about it so I'm just saying! And I have a sever case of adult ADD, so sometimes my writing and conversations are a lot like a cat chasing a laser pointer, all over the place. I'm not looking to have any more, but never say never.Yes I know I own a Harley, it is not a mid-life crisis thing. I was raised riding motorcycles, my parents owned a dealership and sold motorcycles and snowmobiles.(Born and raised in the N.W. So riding is a passion for me. Being outside riding my Harley is what I like doing most, I ride with a group of friends almost every Sunday, when it is OK with the weatherman. I'm very loyal and honest(now it sounds like I'm a dog) and i don't play games.I am kind of a mutt mix of Irish, German and American Indian and I'm the middle child of 5, so I am loud and outspoken. I am serious about my job, and I'm always on time and I'm damn good at what I do. So now that I've scared most of you off, those of you still reading can feel free to drop me a line or two.
