Let me use an few art metaphors to describe who I am and where I am in life. Act I ended a couple years back and I am now shaping Act II, though the script is not fully written. Continuing the metaphor but changing the media... While starting over, it is fun to rediscover the things I used to enjoy from when I was last single. That said and despite my headline, Act II does not start with a totally empty canvas. The paint from before has dried, but as the kids (and they are a colorful pair) head off to college ***more to go, HS class of ***it is time to move on, to bring something new into my life, and to begin painting something fresh. So you might think I am really into the arts, but really I just like painting pictures with words. So what do I envision is included in Act II? I'd like to find someone who enjoys spending time together (with me) and shares my tastes and interest. I have a serious side as I think it important to be aware of world around us, but I also believe that laughter is the best stress reliever. My interests include listening to music - primarily Rock from the 60s, 70s, and 80s; watching movies - comedies (even romantic comedies) are a favorite, and watching various sporting events. I also enjoy getting outdoors for various activities and when convenient, getting away for the weekend.I am looking for someone who shares my interests (or will at least indulge me), and who brings her own interests that we can share. I am looking forward to the journey and discovering who is in the seat next to me. Whatever makes us comfortable; but generally, something simple. I like to go with the flow depending on the person I am going with, and plan accordingly.

Okay I have been on a few dates here, enjoyed them all no disasters but please I'm tired of women talking about how fat they are, how their divorced broke them mentally, how they have nothing to offer, get over it move on we all have been down that road, how other guys just wanted a piece of ass well we are all big kids here I know what I want and after 40 plus years I'd hope you know what you want.
