My flavor of faith does not hold any one country as more blessed or precious to God than any other and I strongly believe that any violence or war is a total rejection of God's will for us. For me, loving God includes actively working for social justice. It's too complicated to spill onto my profile. I will say that I have a very hard time accepting the ideal of 'having to go' to a building.
