I have been on this site for awhile now and finally decide I best change my description of myself and who I am looking for.I am the outdoor type.-sunsets,animals,long car rides,canoeing,kayaking ,bluegrass jamborees,playing music etc.Problem is I have no soulmate to enjoy these experiences with.I do not drink alcohol, but indulge in a little smoke.We all have our vices. I am a man of integrity, have good morals and a conscience.I am always learning what life sends me and the consequences of my decisions .I am to blame for what happens with my life,no one else is.I look young for my age.lol I have people assume I am 10 years younger by my looks.I am not in that bad of debt.Paying of some real estate I bought up at Lake Superior and that should be paid off in a year or two,depends on the economy.I hope someday to build a home up there.Drinking does not bother me if you are responsible,not obnoxious,and know when you should not drive your car.I am looking for someone who knows what they want out of life.She does not lie, cheat,or is abusive to herself or to anyone else.Someone who wants to dream, share experiences together,down to earth,doesnt gamble,(little is ok) and is not complicated. I am a self employed professional and enjoy what I do (most of the time). I'm ambitious, hard working, honest, faithful, and believe honesty, communication and respect are critical in any relationship.I enjoy the outdoors and love the mountains. I enjoy thunderstorms, walking in the rain, laying on a rock on the top of a mountain feeling the warmth of the mountain and feeling the breeze across my face. I enjoy the smell of fresh cut wood, fresh cut hay. I enjoy hunting and fishing but I'm not one of those typical addicts that lives and breaths it. If I have something else going on, its no big deal. It's more of an excuse to get out in the mountains or lakes.I enjoy riding motorcycles. I have owned many in my life although, I am currently without one. I like riding horses particularly in the mountains in the back country, going to flee markets, auctions, antique and junk stores. I enjoy looking at the potential in old houses, exploring abandoned homesteads, ghost towns. I like building furniture, muscle cars, repairing antiques, remodelling, etc. I'm always up for a challenge to repair/build something. I have a very diverse background in everything from farming to mechanical engineering, electrical/electronic engineering, restaurant management, IT, etc. I spent several years in the Navy as a Navigation electronics technician on a Trident Submarine.I love the country, I enjoy the city. I like most music from rock to bluegrass to classical, except heavy rap. I enjoy burgers on the grill, small hole in the wall places, fine dining in a nice restaurant. I like most types of food although I haven't tried them all, yet. I enjoy concerts as well as theater. I have 2 wonderful kids that are a great part of my life. They make me laugh all the time. They are the best kids I could ask for.Life is full of experiences and it would be nice to share those with someone. I'm an easy going guy and am really easy to get along with.I'm not looking for someone to grow old with. I'm looking for someone to stay young with. I don't want a rocking chair on the porch. There are too many things I haven't done. Now if I could only figure out how to get paid without actually being in the office.I'm a pretty flexible person and can enjoy almost anything with the right person. I don't want to make it appear that my interests are limited by what is on here.I present much better in person than online.
