About Me

About me... I'm a computer scientist who wanted to be in the heart of the industry so I moved to the Silicon Valley and am in the top 1% of my field. Maybe I have a geeky side, but I don't think I'm what most would call a geek. I don't play D&D! I do like SciFi and read about physics and math just because it interests me. But I also hike and backpack (CA has some great spots), I cycle and have spent weeks cycling through Europe and also on the CA coast. I play piano/keyboard and have been in several bands ... nothing famous ... yet. I write music and would love to write a song about you :-) I'm also a photographer... something that stuck with me from my father who was a photographer for CBS. I give back financially on a regular basis, have supported several children in developing countries, sometimes serve dinners at homeless shelters, and have done the CA AIDS LifeCycle ride twice. About you ... You are curious and have a love of learning and enjoy deep philosophical discussions. You are healthy and care about staying in shape. You don't believe that great relationships just happen but invest in making it great. You are physically affectionate and love to cuddle. You are a complete person without me. You must love the outdoors. You are spiritually and emotionally mature and drama free not because you've led a perfect life and never made any mistakes but because you've lived and, most importantly grown, through some problems. Something pleasant and comfortable for you. Personally, I like the simpler things like taking a hike or going the beach at night for a bonfire. But I also love a romantic dinner, dancing, and even watching a movie as long as we spend some time talking about it afterward over coffee or a glass of wine.
