Looking for a woman that enjoys the simpler things in Life.Life to me is about learning new adventures and sharing the knowledge learned ....I like trying to keep a somewhat active lifestyle, soin the summer months it can include camping, kayaking ,and hiking or bike riding,swimming at the lake,also country drives to nowhere,even walking in the summer rain. Most activities I like to do are around the water.Just relaxing at home watching a funny movie or playing backgammon or other board games ,vegetable gardening , learning to cook and even dancing.I also enjoy woodworking , and home renovations. In the winter months I slow down a bit , and that can include cross country skiing , tobogganing and indoor swimming .I'd rather be outside doing anything when the weather is nice .I also enjoy going out to craft shows, county fairs, art shows, museums or just a relaxing, or just great conversation.I'm pet friendly, I have owned dogs most of my life, but I am without any dogs now.I'm self sufficient, I have my own life , just looking to share some time with someone else. I enjoy sitting out on a patio, just people watching.I love to be constantly experiencing new and different cultures and learning new things .I'm very open to trying just about anything .Some of my past hobbies have included downhill skiing,water skiing,scuba diving, boating .Very family oriented, and still talk or see them almost daily.I have a good quirky sense of humor . well here I go again,I'm not a disgruntled "ex" looking for something I've never had,just simply dont have time for a super active social life so I can meet people.I would like to find someone I enjoy being with and who enjoys some of the same things I do,such as music,camping,kayaking,just plain relaxing.I will update this as time goes on.Time to update this I guess.Not alot of interest so far,maybe because I havent paid and dont get noticed,Anyway I will state what I'm looking for.I would like to find someone who is comfrtable out in the bush by a campfire away from everything as well as at a concert with 50,***other people.I like to travel a bit ,but not out of the country,still lots I would like to see right here.I make a point of visiting the west coast at least once a year.I am a very mellow person,I dont like to waste time fighting or forming resentments,life is too short to watse energy this way,my ideal mate would be similar to this,I value my quiet times at home.I also enjoy reading,watching good drama and of course music.I play drums and piano and will occasionally play gigs with a band,I write and record my own stuff as well.I also like to cook,but cooking just for myself is really not much fun.Well if you've read this far you'll find I'm fairly ordinary(in my own opinion),I'm really not too fussy about potential mates,there should be a spark or mutual attraction,if you like some of the things I do well thats great too.Looking forward to hearing from you soon!! coffee and chat would do it
