I\'m a fun person always on the go, but I know how to relax and still have a nice time.. Always a hard worker, but play just as harder. Looking for the same person to have good time together.

"An honest profile would say I want to date me, but just with more money.***Can't remember who I'm quoting)Hi, I’m a former Olympic athletic, incredibly rich, a stand up comedian, the author of a best selling book on how to please a woman in and out of the bedroom, a congressional medal of honor winner, a successful attorney & brain surgeon who saves children in his spare time and is a great big LIAR like all of you. Look, I’m a regular, if not somewhat good guy. I have good traits and I have not so nice traits (I admit, I’m not exactly Gandhi when it comes to being patient). I’m an average looking bloke who wants someone better looking than himself, I am not tall and I could lose 10 pounds by working out more if I had more discipline (though I would not consider myself really fat either), I have a great job which I love and I make a decent living but I’ I work hard, play nicely with others, I’m a romantic and enjoy doing all of those things couples do (wine tasting, beach, biking, etc.). Is there just one woman out there who is AUTHENTIC? With real, recent and clear pictures of herself at her current weight and age (You have no idea what I consider attractive so why try to be something you are not)? A woman who has done the inner work so she is ready to be a true PARTNER, not just be “TAKEN CARE OF? She is over her ex or others she dated so when they come crawling back the current guy (me) does not get thrown under the bus? Did you have a fairly normal childhood (no axe murdering or such)? Are you not dating as a fiscal strategy to keep your house or make ends meet? Are you ready to be spoiled with love while being frustrated because I am a man after all and not perfect as a human being? Life is good, but it can also be hard, are you ready for that? Are you ready to have someone’s back, love them when you don’t feel it for a moment, and are willing to give and take? The payoff will be SOOOOO worth it if you are. I may not be all the things I jokingly lied about in the beginning of this profile , but I guarantee that when I meet that woman I just described, she will never wonder if she is loved and she will lack for no good thing. You'll have to let me know you are out there. First dates are interviews. The second date is when the fun starts. P.S.: I travel ***days a week for business, I need someone who is okay with that. I'm home weekends and like to spend that time with the person I'm dating. I am a huge fan of Joel & It would be totally awesome if the person I meet knows his ministry & his message of grace.

The whole self description thing I find a bit tedious. To make it more fun and interesting I like taking characters out of pop culture and finding traits they have that I have in common or aspire to. I used to be a big fan of James Bond and Conan the Barbarian when I was younger. Obvious reasons I'm sure - everyone admires sophistication, quick thinking, strength, honor etc. They are deeply flawed but they always strive to be better people (or vampires) today than they were yesterday. And that is something I absolutely DO strive for. They are highly intelligent and resourceful, loyal and protecting to those they love but unforgiving to their enemies (not that forgiveness is necessarily a bad thing). And most importantly, they definitely know how to treat a lady. True Blood is a silly show but I find the Northman character interesting as his maker Godrick is constantly showing up in visions as his conscience trying to guide him on the path toward peace and compassion even though his nature is monstrous by definition. And I love how Don in Mad Men has mastered the philandering nature he had with Betty and stayed faithful to Megan in the face of some strong temptations (at least so far). I wrote this before season ***obviously all bets are off now. ;^)Probably the next most important thing in life after a deep and strong moral character is a good sense of humor.- something I find myself doing. With a partner who is on the same wavelength, there is always laughter about the most idiotic things - Well enough of the TV stuff. Believe it or not I ration myself to only a couple hours a week of the best cable. Life is too short. If you've read this far hopefully you find me at least a little bit interesting? I'll also say I am a big believer in monogamy and am here genuinely looking for true love and romance and not any kind of casual encounters. I love to to give and receive lots of physical affection and am not the least bit shy about public displays within reason. As to what type of person I'd like to attract, the only hard requirement is take excellent care of your health and fitness as I do. The rest is magic, magnetism and chemistry. If you snow ski or board, mountain bike, hike, backpack, scuba dive or do any sort of martial arts, that is a big plus. I'm a believer in sexual equality so a woman who is strong, resourceful, self reliant and owns at least one power tool will definitely have my attention. I don't do well with powderpuff types. And yes ladies the pics are fairly recent (except the 80s hair band one) and I look like them. I know many of you are concerned about that. Actually I probably look better now being a bit more ripped since I've been hitting the weights pretty hard and doing some brutal uphill in the local mountains.I'm a passionate student of anti-aging, life extension and performance enhancement techniques. It would be nice to find somebody who was on that wavelength as well.A NOTE ON THE SUBJECT OF AGE: Like many here I chose to understate my age due to the filtering mechanisms of the site. I know some will find this offensive and assume it indicates a flaw in my integrity. Others won't care. I have had significant relationships with women ranging from 15 years younger than me to 10 years older and the most loving couple I know is 25 years apart. They just celebrated their 30 year and are an inspiration as to what true love can be. My personal opinion is that age is completely irrelevant to love and romance. I would never dream of asking a woman her age or if her stated age on the site was accurate. I think it is worthwhile making first dates a relaxing and comfortable experience. I like restaurants and bars with cushy booths or couches and that are quiet enough for a nice conversation. I don't do first dates unless I am reasonably certain there is a good mutual attraction to start with. Daytime FDs can be OK but I would never in a million years suggest going to Starbucks although I have heard of people doing that. That seems like about the most unromantic thing I can imagine.
