What did we do before these dating sites came along? I didn't date much, then met my ex wife & was married into my 40's. Now, being single again, dating or meeting someone to go out with only happens if I post a profile on here or one of the other dating sites. I believe dating someone you work with, go to Church with or that lives in your neighborhood is risky business. Going out to bars or nightclubs alone has become something I just don't do anymore. So it's either meetville or accepting a life that obviously is lacking something.So if you are still reading & have look at my pictures & are still interested in me, then good. And if you saw me with my teenage boys at walmart or out and about & thought, that's the kind of guy I want to meet, then even better. I'd really rather meet you in line at the grocery store than on here, but if this gets us together then great. The best 1st dates I've ever had were when the weather was nice. Those type of dates give you a much better overview of the other person than just sitting at a table. Fall is almost here, perfect time to meet someone special.

I am a patriotic American. I'm not an overly political person but I do pay attention to what's happening to our great country. If you know what happened in DC ***thru ***then let's talk!!! Just meet for coffee or drink, then see if we want to do something more. It sucks being with someone who bores the hell out of you for hours. This works both ways, I've been on dates and I could tell the woman really wasn't having a good time with me. So we start with coffee or a drink ONLY then we'll see, it's only fair for both party's.
