What did we do before these dating sites came along? I didn't date much, then met my ex wife & was married into my 40's. Now, being single again, dating or meeting someone to go out with only happens if I post a profile on here or one of the other dating sites. I believe dating someone you work with, go to Church with or that lives in your neighborhood is risky business. Going out to bars or nightclubs alone has become something I just don't do anymore. So it's either meetville or accepting a life that obviously is lacking something.So if you are still reading & have look at my pictures & are still interested in me, then good. And if you saw me with my teenage boys at walmart or out and about & thought, that's the kind of guy I want to meet, then even better. I'd really rather meet you in line at the grocery store than on here, but if this gets us together then great. The best 1st dates I've ever had were when the weather was nice. Those type of dates give you a much better overview of the other person than just sitting at a table. Fall is almost here, perfect time to meet someone special.

I always thought that the game of Golf was the ultimate test in a person's patience...then I had a daughter. She and I both know I am wrapped around her finger. I just don't know which finger it is. Yes, I am a full-time single parent of a beautiful 8 year old girl so you can see why I don't have much time for meeting people. I used to be young, handsome and athletic. Now I am just old, fat and grumpy...haha. I love being outdoors - especially near the water. Whether it is playing a round of golf, riding dirt bikes or just having a picnic by the lake. I enjoy movies, the internet and dining out. But the winner has to be spending time with my daughter. Not much for the nightlife anymore. I am more of the dinner and a movie type. Trips are alot of fun - beaches in summer - snow skiing in winter. Occasional trips to casinos for a little blackjack. Somewhere with exits on both sides.
