As I prepare to fade out of this dating scene once again, I must admit to all that I have yet again learned some valuable lessons and worldly tendencies about today's society. I gotta tell ya, I'm scared where we are headed. One of the most valuable lesson learned this time around was that overwhelmingly, most ladies don't want to read about a straight forward, no nonsense, real man that is reality based. A man that is well grounded, knows what works for him, what he's willing to be to the right lady, what he is willing to bring forth to finally realize and obtain a lasting and mutually respectful relationship. The clever dating folks claim to be a success on this site one needs to talk about hobbies, I have a few, none of which rule my life, my spare time. My goals and aspirations, I still have a couple to attain, yet by this point in life and at my age, I'm thinking one should have accomplished a fair number of them by now. However, one should be willing to march on, learn more and attain more goals. They claim I need to articulate what makes me unique. Best I can tell,,,, I am not unique in it's most rudimentary definition. I am however one of the few conservative based people left out there that believe in the old fashion way of treating others and making my own way in life. I have the ability to carry on a conversation about a number of real life topics, I am more than willing to listen and learn new material, topics, skills and abilities. I can laugh at myself and do daily, I can make others laugh and do daily, but being unique compared to other men my same age or near my age,,,,,nope. I guess I blend into the scenery fairly well these days. For me to claim anything different would be a case of blowing my on horn. So if you think you'd like to begin a conversation with a sincere man that is looking for a best friend, partner and maybe more down the road,,,, that would be great. There is so much more to tell ,,,, and I gladly will if given the chance. Finally, I vowed a long while ago, that if I was to get the opportunity to chat with a lady on this site, I would only chat with her alone. A lesson from my Dad years ago taught me that when a potential relationship shows itself, you need to pay complete attention to it. Anything less would be lazy, insincere and condescending . hang out and talk.We can talk about this as time moves on, something simple works for me.
