About Me

So I’ve tried to get this about me section right a couple times. I can either write my life story start to finish and every trait about me. First off, no one will read it, and second what will we start out talking about? But overall, I grew up in a small country town and left for college. After countless years of lost sleep from homework and occasional all night shenanigans I graduated in Civil Engineering.I love my job. I wake up early and happy to go and rarely count the hours until it’s over. I’m not afraid to try everything in life at least once, the good things again. I’m confident in myself and pleased with the direction of my life, but there is a small ache that something is missing. And I’m starting to think my dogs aren’t going to completely cut it. I’ve been moving a lot due to my job and therefore haven’t been meeting anyone. That’s why I’m here. And just maybe we’ll click. I don't really think first dates should be complicated. A simple first date gives you more time to relax and see if you click. Getting coffee, a light hike, or sitting on the beach in the evening to chat is fine with me. But don’t get me wrong, I’m always up for a traditional dinner and/or dancing date.

    So apparently I need a disclaimer about my pictures. Normally I like to smile and make jokes but I just have a thing where I don't smile in pictures, kind of an army thing I picked up a long time ago.
